Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.

‘Taking City’s services to the communities of Bonteheuwel, Heideveld and Cravenby is the City’s way of showing that we are actually committed to bringing services to residents and to make local government more accessible to all. Those who will be visiting us at the Bonteheuwel Civic Centre and mobile offices must please remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
